Here we go Samsung Galaxy S5 is here. Look like Samsung has a lot
of device on the way as it wasted no time in launching this year’s flagship
device. Samsung galaxy S5 made the chief appearance at the MWC. Samsung Galaxy
S5 brings a new design to the Galaxy S family.
Galaxy S5 features a leather like back panel which looks not so
cool. Samsung galaxy S5 brings tons of new updates from the last flagship
device. Galaxy S5 is built around on a 5.1" Super AMOLED 1080p display and
uses Gorilla Glass 3 for protection. It is stuffed with the latest Snapdragon
801 chipset and a 2GB of RAM. Most of the people expected 3GB of RAM but 2GB of
RAM is enough with the four cores of Krait 400 processor clocked at 2.5GHz. The
most notable improvement is the addition of the fingerprint sensor which is
paypal certified. Moreover the device also features a heart rate monitor, first
in a handset. Another big improvement is that the device is IP68
certified.
The 16MP shooter at the back looks incredible with 1080p UHD video
recording. The same three buttons are located at the bottom but this time
around the menu button is changed to app switcher. Unsurprisingly Samsung
galaxy S5 is bundled with the latest Android KitKat 4.4. On the connectivity
side there is 150Mbps LTE, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0 with LE and the standard 3G
connectivity. Initially the device will be available in Black, White, Blue and
Copper color but the US will get the only Black and White variant. Pricing
information has yet to be revealed.
