Sony unleashed Xperia Z2 the much anticipated successor of last
year's Xperia Z1. Sony announced the Xperia Z2 with a 5.2" 1080p IPS
Triluminous display and Sony has used the same Bravia tech which it uses on its
TVs.
The highlight of the device was its updated camera which will now
record 4K videos at 30fps. The camera has the same 1/2.3" sensor and the
27mm G Lens but it comes with some new advanced features like Timeshift and
Background defocus. It is stuffed with the latest Snapdragon 801 chipset and has
a Krait 400 Quad-core 2.3GHz processor. Moreover it also has a whooping 3GB of
RAM. The device is a bit taller than its predecessor and is a bit narrower. A
3,200 mAh battery will provide the power to the device. Xperia Z2 also comes
with the IP58 certification so it can be used under water.
Sony Xperia Z2 will hit the market in March and will cost
only €600. It will be available in three colors White, Black and Purple.
