Blackberry unveiled a couple of devices at the MWC. The devices
include the Z3 and Q20. John Chen the CEO of Blackberry said that the Z3 is the
first handset to come with partnership with Foxconn.
There is nothing really incredible about the two devices except
they will have a low price tag. The Z3 has a 5" full touch qHD display and
has a dual-core 1.2 GHz CPU along with 1.5GB RAM and Snapdragon 400 SoC. The
internal storage is said to be 8GB and Micro SD card slot availability is
unknown. It features a 5MP shooter at the back and a 1.1MP at the front. The
device will cost less than $200 off contract.
On the other hand the Q20 has the traditional Blackberry QWERTY
keypad along with a 3.5" display and a trackpad and is said to provide the
best email experience. According to Blackberry the device is made up of premium
material and is said to be very durable. Regarding the Q20 John Chen also said that:
"In my first 90 days on the job, I consistently heard from our ardent BlackBerry customers that the hard buttons and trackpad are an essential part of the BlackBerry QWERTY experience, that made their BlackBerry smartphone their go-to productivity tool. I want these customers to know that we heard them, and this new smartphone will be for them. Today, we’re delighted to announce the new BlackBerry Q20 smartphone, which is designed to give you the distinct experience that every BlackBerry QWERTY loyalist and high-productivity business customer absolutely loves. With the BlackBerry Q20 smartphone, you’ll get the familiar hard buttons and trackpad that you want, along with the best email service, the best keyboard experience and the best battery life possible"
That's
all for now from the center we'll keep you posted if anything new comes up
about the availability of the two devices.
