Tomorrow Apple introduced the high-anticipated next-generation of iPhone, the iPhone 5S. As expected the design of the device remained the same, but iPhone 5S brings a lot of changes under the hood. Apple iPhone 5S brings a number of improvements from its predecessor. It is announced along with budget iPhone 5C. The buzzy iPhone device has a lot to show. Let's take a look at its specifications:

Display & Unchanged Design:

As I already mentioned the next gen iPhone has the same design as its predecessor. It has a same 7.6mm thin body and weighs merely 112g. Unfortunately the display is also been kept the same. The next Gen iPhone features a 4 inches IPS LCD display of 640 x 1136 resolution (326ppi). The Retina Display uses Corning Gorilla Glass for the protection. The only change in the design is the color scheme. The new iPhone has more color options. The new iPhone also has golden color. There are already leather cases available in the market for the iPhone 5S as it shape and size are unchanged. In the leather case the iPhone 5S has a strong resemblance to the budget iPhone 5C. Unsurprisingly the iPhone 5S has a non-removable back panel.

A7 Chipset & Improved Camera:

The new generation iPhone uses the re-engineered A7 chip which makes the device two times faster than its predecessor. The new iPhone uses an architecture based on 64-bit which provide graphics which are 53x faster than the iPhone 5 and the new iPhone is also compatible with 32-bit apps available in the app store. When it comes to camera, Apple always come up with improved technology. iPhone 5S has an 8MP primary camera, the sensor size is 15 percent larger along with a wider aperture. Along with the improved panorama mode, the device also has speedy burst shot, image stabilization, 3x Zoom. The camera allows you record high-definition 1080p videos along with the new true tone dual LED flash which helps you capture more accurate low light images. There is also a 1.2MP front cam for video calling.

Fingerprint Scanner & OpenGL ES 3.0:

One more interesting thing about the device is the Optional fingerprint scanner which helps the company maintain its reputation with cutting-edge of features. The sensor called Touch ID is embedded into the home button of the new iPhone. The sensor can read multiple fingerprint and recognizes the owner. So you don't have to put the password every time you turn the device On. So with the enhanced security you can log on to sites more securely. The new A7 chip also has support for the OpenGL ES 3.0 which gives you extremely rich graphics and makes gaming more fascinating. The device is skinned with latest iOS 7 which gives you enhanced, brighter and colorful user interface.

Storage, Availability & Final Verdict:

The new iPhone was rumored to have a 128GB version too, but the iPhone 5S only offers 16GB, 32GB and 64GB storage and as expected it lacks a micro SD slot. I think Apple forgot that Micro SD card exists in this world. Anyways the new iPhone is expected to hit the Europe on the 20th of September along with the new iPhone 5C. On contract the 16GB version costs $200, 32GB costs $300 and the 32GB version costs $400. Just like the iPhone 5C, the iPhone 5S will be available worldwide from December. The much anticipated iPhone device brought disappointment for the big screen lovers but the ultra fast A7 chip and the revamped camera is the highlight of the device. The only confusion is that how many people would prefer the iPhone 5S over the low costing iPhone 5C. The new iPhone has its own premium build quality and speedy chip, while the iPhone 5C has reasonable price tag. So you have to make your own decision.
