It's been quite long now that Sony hasn't launched any entry level device. Its time for Xperia M, an entry level mobile that meets most of the needs of the users. Sony's built quality is one of the finest in the world. They have provided one of the most innovative and fascinating devices in recent months. This device offers a great design but costs less. The device has most of the high end features that you will hardly get in its price range. Let's have a closer look at the device:

Display & Design:
The Sony Xperia M has a 4" FWVGA display with a resolution of 480 x 854 (245ppi). Unfortunately there is no Bravia Engine but the display is made of scratch resistance glass. The device has big bezels and is made of good quality plastic. The design of the device is followed by the Xperia Z. Design is quite impressive and the body resists fingerprints. The device features a metallic power button and also has a shutter key. The juice is provided by a 1750 mAh battery. The back panel is removable; it means that the user can access the battery.

Processing & Capturing:
The Sony Xperia M is quite an impressive entry level device. It features a Snapdragon S4 Plus chipset together with a 1GHz Krait processor having two cores. The One GB RAM is more than enough for a device like this. The camera department is something where the device lacks innovation. There is a 5MP snapper at the back of the device which offers ordinary 720p recording with HDR, Image stabilisation and Panorama Mode together with an LED flash. The VGA front cam serves the video calling service.

What's Inside?
Sony Xperia M comes with Android 4.1 disappointing not to have 4.3 out of the box. Other goodies include Walkman Music, camera, and media apps. The display of the device isn't very pleasant, neither the video recording. The device is Playstation certified and its sound quality is impressive. There is also NFC, GPS GLOSASS, Wifi hotspot support and built-in LED strip in the device. So there is a bunch of extra goodies you get with the device.

Storage & Availability:
The device comes with only 4GB of storage but user can access only 2GB so there is not enough roam for apps in spite of having Micro SD slot which supports up to 32GB storage. There would also be a dual Sim version of the device Sony Xperia M Dual which will only hit selected markets. The device is already available worldwide and costs only $200 for the unlocked version. This device is better than any entry level set. It offers you latest connectivity options, great design and audio quality and a big enough display. So the Sony Xperia M is the best in its price range.
